Housekeeping Supervisor - Regent Kuala Lumpur (Pre-opening)

​​​​​As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and supervise the work activities of a team of Room Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms including assigning duties, inspecting work and investigating complaints regarding housekeeping service. Ensure the team fully understands and follows IHG Way of Clean and IHG Clean Promise, and take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new colleagues and provide feedback on their progress and performance quality to higher managers in Housekeeping Department. Act as a role model to the team, demonstrating the best practices at all times adhere to IHG True Hospitality and Regent Service Behavior encouraging the team to act upon and to maximize guest satisfaction with the housekeeping services and cleanliness of guest rooms.​​ ​​
