What Will Help You Thrive
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring a calm, compassionate presence to every interaction and understand that no two patients—or treatment sessions—will be exactly alike.
You should be comfortable using clinical judgment, adapting quickly, communicating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing hands-on care in an environment where patient needs can change rapidly.
Most importantly, you’ll understand that sometimes the greatest impact comes from helping someone feel
more comfortable, less anxious, and cared for during a difficult moment.
