About the RoleBohler’s Ridgewood, NJ office is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, Construction Administration who thrives on solving complex construction challenges, strengthening project delivery, and ensuring that thoughtful designs are successfully carried into the field. In this role, you will help manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through project closeout. You will serve as a primary point of contact for contractors and select clients, provide construction insight throughout the design process, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to address project risks, submissions, and field conditions. You will also contribute to proposals, budgets, change orders, project financials, and process improvements. As an experienced member of the team, you will mentor less experienced employees and help expand construction administration knowledge across Bohler’s design and Construction Administration teams.
