Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and transactions.
• Lead marketing activities and projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign results to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• from 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, customer engagement, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, campaign planning, performance measurement, and commercial marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a creative and customer-focused mindset.
