About The Role

  • 1.负责统筹项目公司账务、税务及资金等工作，按要求编制报表；
  • 2.负责项目公司成本、收入、费用及相关会计凭证的审核与编制；
  • 3.负责项目公司业务系统关于财务信息的管理及维护；
  • 4.负责项目公司财务成本管理，动态跟踪、反馈项目成本，保证公司运营数据的准确性；
  • 5.负责公司内审相关工作，包括安排内部审计及对接外来审计。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，会计、财务类相关专业；
  • 2.5年财务相关工作经验，有房地产企业工作经验，有项目财务管理经验；
  • 3.沟通协调能力强，目标感、责任心较强；
  • 4.财务专业功底扎实，有注册会计师证者优先。
