About The Role

  • 1、运营体系管控：协助部门负责人优化覆盖公寓全生命周期的标准化运营体系、流程与制度。
  • 2、经营分析诊断：深度分析各项目收入、成本、出租率、GOP等核心指标，搭建经营分析模型（如出租率可视化、敏感性分析等），定期复盘并输出改善策略。
  • 3、运营策略支持：深入一线业务场景，诊断项目运营问题，输出租金定价、促销策略、成本控制等改善方案，并跟踪效果。
  • 4、预算指标管理：协助部门负责人完成全年收入、成本费用等预算制定；制定经营指标管理维度及异常识别机制。
  • 5、运营效率提升：优化一线运营操作流程及工作日志体系，提升整体运营效率与服务标准。
  • 1、学历专业：本科及以上，统计学、数学、经济学、财务管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。
  • 2、工作经验：3年以上长租公寓行业经验，有一线业务经验，同时具备总部/区域运营分析经验者优先。
  • 3、专业能力：熟练运用Excel，掌握SQL者优先；熟悉收益管理、预算编制、租金定价及成本控制方法。
  • 4、综合能力：具备较强的跨部门协同与抗压能力，能适应快速变化的业务需求。
