Responsibilities: Sales Accounting: Lead end-to-end accounting for domestic & export sales, inc billing, revenue recognition, & reconciliations Manage pricing mechanisms linked to LME/index-based contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely accounting Ensure seamless coordination with marketing, logistics, and treasury teams for efficient sales execution Receivables & Risk Management: Drive zero overdue receivables through strong control over collections Ensure all sales are secured through advances / Letters of Credit (LC) / Bank Guarantees (BG) Strengthen customer credit assessment frameworks and risk mitigation practices Commodity Hedging & Back Office: Manage the hedging accounting and controls Ensure accurate accounting, settlement, and reporting of commodity derivative transactions Governance, Controls & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, IFC, SOPs, and DOA frameworks Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, SEBI/LODR expectations, and audit standards Strengthen process discipline, documentation, and audit readiness Profitability & Business Insights: Drive product-wise profitability analysis, margin tracking, and variance analysis Provide actionable insights to improve realizations, cost optimization, and sales & marketing decisions DTA & SEZ Operations: Handle complex DTA/SEZ accounting, duty structures, documentation, and regulatory compliance within a single plant setup Digital Transformation & Leadership: Drive automation in sales accounting, improve real‑time reporting, and build a strong, future‑ready team with high ownership Leverage systems and analytics for improved efficiency, transparency, and real-time reporting Desired Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA)/equivalent qualification with 5-10 years of experience in Sales Accounting/Marketing Finance Experience in DTA & SEZ operations Deep expertise in sales accounting, export-import transactions, and trade finance instruments Preferably with exposure to metals, mining, or commodity-based industries 60% & above in 10 th , 12 th & Grad if any
