As part of this journey, our Supply Chain Business play a critical role in strengthening inventory management, logistics, courier capabilities, and FMCG distributions across Indonesia — ensuring speed, reliability, and seamless connectivity for businesses and individuals. As Commercial Finance you will r esponsible for supporting the financial performance and integrity of assigned partner brands by ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation, settlement validation, financial reporting, and claims verification. This role works closely with business, operations, store management, and acquisition teams to ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with contractual agreements and accounting standards. What You will Do: Perform regular reconciliation of revenue streams for assigned partner brands, coordinate with store management and acquisition team to ensure recording aligns with contractual agreements and applicable accounting policies. Identify and document potential discrepancies (billing issues, transaction anomalies) and escalate findings to senior team members for resolution. Conduct basic audits comparing marketplace transaction data against internal systems to ensure consistency. prepare monthly P&L reports and perform basic variance analysis (MoM and YoY) and identify key drivers behind discrepancies for reporting purposes. Translate financial data findings into clear summaries for business and operational teams. Validate and reconcile fulfillment settlements from marketplace channels and internal payment gateways for assigned brands. Support the verification of claims (promotional subsidies, operational penalties, cost-sharing adjustments) and prepare supporting documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered for the entry tier). Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles (familiarity with PSAK 72/IFRS 15 is a plus, not mandatory). Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); exposure to SQL, BigQuery, or Python/pandas is an advantage. Familiarity with e-commerce/marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) or willingness to learn platform-specific fee and settlement structures. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high transaction volumes. Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, business, senior finance). Able to work under supervision, follow established SOPs, and escalate issues appropriately.
