Job Requirements: Preferably with an established experience in a customer service role. Willing to work through the holiday season. Technologically savvy and has multi-tasking skills to easily navigate multiple tools at once. Has excellent communication skills and can apply an empathetic and professional approach on the phone. Can establish a good relationship with the customer to address needs properly. Priority given to Active Duty Military Spouses and Family Members.
