KOL Specialist Intern - Education

Join our Lifestyle Unit and gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing while working closely with the Sparks Swim Marketing team.

Your Day-to-Day

• Research and identify relevant KOLs and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to support brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs through outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Track and analyze KOL content performance, including engagement, reach, and other relevant campaign metrics.
• Contribute to creative briefs and content ideas to strengthen influencer collaborations and community engagement.
• Maintain KOL databases and support campaign scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in
• Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Familiar with

• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media
• and influencer trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.

Proficient in

Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

• for data tracking and basic reporting.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaign timelines.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn about influencer marketing, social media, and brand strategy.
