Full-Time Cleaner

• for a high-rise residential building located in
• Burnaby, near Metrotown
• . The building consists of
• 42 floors
• . The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in Tagalog is preferred but not required.

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent

Pay rate

$20 per hour

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Working hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Monday - Friday
• Start date: ASAP

Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
