David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international online community and advertising company to recruit a German -speaking Operations Supervisor for its Lisbon operations. The role focuses on leading a high-performing sales team and driving revenue and growth through advertising sales. Position: Operations Supervisor Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team Foster a collaborative environment where individual strengths are leveraged to achieve team goals Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and growth for advertising products Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure that team members consistently meet or exceed sales objectives Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools or technologies that can enhance team performance. REQUIREMENTS: German proficiency at C1 level or higher Fluency in English, both spoken and written Previous sales experience Experience in ads sales Experience in team management Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales goals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Availability to work at the office full-time.
