Property Accountant

Super successful privately owned Real Estate company in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Accountant. Candidate will be a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and a professional team player. Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real estate industry from seasoned professionals. Under the general supervision of two Controllers, with dotted line to the CFO, and to the Principal on an as needed basis, the Senior Accountant will assist with all accounting functions for the commercial, residential, agriculture properties, as well as construction accounting. **The position is onsite every day in their beautiful Beverly Hills location. Must have a bachelor degree in accounting 2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or construction accounting Journal Entries Bank Reconciliations General Ledger Strong Excel skills and Yardi is a plus Ad hoc projects Benefits: Medical fully paid by employer, good work life balance, yearly performance based bonus, holidays, 15 days PTO and competitive compensation.
