HR Compensation & Operations Analyst

The Data & Compensation Analyst supports the HRIS & Compensation Team Lead in administering the County’s compensation and classification programs while also serving as a key HR operations analyst. The role assists with operational compensation activities including preparing salary offers, supporting market pricing, and providing analytical input into grade placement and job evaluation decisions while ensuring compensation benchmark data is accurate, consistent, and compliant.
