Organizational Learning & Development Team Lead

This position leads the Human Resources Organizational Learning & Development (OL&D) team in designing, delivering, and evaluating countywide learning initiatives. This position oversees staff development programs, supervisor and leadership training, onboarding experiences, continual capability-building, and community-based efforts that support HR's strategic priorities.
