Job Purpose The Data Center Operations Engineer (DCOE) is primarily responsible in ensuring that all activities carried out in the Data Center & Access Center’s conform to Data Center Procedures and industry best practice. The DCOE will carry out Data Center works as directed, these works could be project based or tasks received via incident management or workflow management tools. In all cases the DCOE will ensure that Change Control rules are followed and support documentation is appropriate and correct.
