About The Role
- FinancialAnalysis & Support: Understand basic principles of GAAP and IFRS accounting practices. Able to gather the necessary resources to support Asset Managers in development of annual budgets. Monitors cash flow activity and raises red flags to Asset Managers to assure negative financial trends are addressed quickly and compliance with contracts. Interface with Generation Accounting Group and Valuations and Analytics team to address cash flow needs including projects’ distributions, checking RSCR and DSCR calculations and project’s ability to pay all invoices. - Performance Monitoring Support: Monitor projects performance and research opportunities for improvements.
