Commercial Rating Supervisor

As a Commercial Rating Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management and development of rating staff, including training oversight, conducting quality reviews, coaching and mentoring, and performance evaluation. You'll also ensure that team members meet or exceed departmental, service, and quality goals while supporting a culture of operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cross‑team collaboration. Additional responsibilities include ensuring procedural documentation is accurate and current, and monitoring work volume. What you can expect: -
