Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary The QC Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing product specification compliance within a beef harvest and fabrication facility. This role ensures beef products consistently meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The supervisor provides leadership to QC personnel, collaborates closely with operations, FSQA, and sales teams, to drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction.
