DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND)

Job location: College of Health Sciences
Pay rate or range: $12.50/hour

JOB PURPOSE

This job is responsible for managing the front desk, assisting department team members, and performing various office tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers the front desk phone and greets visitors
Assists team leads with various tasks
Assists and leads our part-time employee with an intellectual disability
Keeps the office organized and clean

COMPETENCIES

Good communication skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with people with disabilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

WORK LOCATION

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
