Shift Leader

Responsibilities: Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products. Ensure production build schedule and goals is met. Trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements. Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time. Requirements: At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field. Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
