Job Description Summary

In this role, we are seeking a commercially driven and customer-oriented leader to take ownership of the assigned business and geographic territory across Patient Care Solutions (PCS). You will be responsible for driving market development, clinical branding, product commercialization, channel partner success, and business performance to accelerate growth and expand market presence of GE HealthCare's Monitoring Solutions portfolio.

Working closely and aligning with regional commercial, product, and marketing teams, your mission is to translate business strategy into effective field execution by building strong customer relationships, enhancing clinical and solution advocacy, strengthening channel capability, and ensuring operational rigor. You will serve as the key interface between customers, channel partners, and GE HealthCare, driving sustainable growth through a combination of clinical expertise, commercial leadership, and market insight.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Branding & Market Development

  • Build GE HealthCare's positioning as a leading Monitoring Solutions provider across critical care, perioperative care, and cardiology workflows.
  • Establish enterprise reference sites and customer success stories that demonstrate clinical, operational, and digital transformation outcomes.
  • Develop strategic relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, KOLs, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence and influence.
  • Drive clinical partnerships, evidence generation initiatives, and customer success programs to support portfolio adoption and differentiation.
  • Lead clinical marketing activities, educational programs, conferences, workshops, and product launch campaigns.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Win in the Field

  • Lead strategic selling activities for enterprise and care-area transformation opportunities, engaging stakeholders from C-suite to frontline clinical users.
  • Act as the primary solution leader for large and complex opportunities, guiding customer discovery, workflow assessment, solution design, and value-based commercial discussions.
  • Influence customer decision-making through a combination of clinical workflow expertise, business acumen, and solution consulting.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and channel partners to develop account strategies and advance strategic opportunities.
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to extend monitoring platforms into enterprise and digital solutions.

Product & Solution Leadership

  • Own product positioning, and value proposition strategy within the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead product, configuration, and pre-sales application support activities for channel partners and commercial teams.
  • Ensure effective product knowledge transfer, and application competency development across channel partners.
  • Lead monitoring systems and hospital solution selling effort with channel partners
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to regional leadership teams.
  • Support successful commercialization, product launches, lifecycle management initiatives, and portfolio growth programs.

Commercial Operations

  • Own business performance for the assigned portfolio and territory, including orders, revenue, margin, and Daily Management System (DMS) metrics.
  • Oversee funnel health, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy to ensure predictable business performance.
  • Lead regular business reviews with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners within the assigned business and geographic territory.
  • Act as Level 1 owner for pricing review and approval processes in accordance with commercial policies and profitability objectives.
  • Report market intelligence, competitive activities, customer trends, and business performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, commercial processes, and governance requirements.
  • Support Monitoring Solutions business in other territory outside Indonesia if required by the business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, enterprise software, or related healthcare sectors.
  • Proven experience in strategic selling, solution selling, business development, product leadership, or enterprise account management.
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior hospital stakeholders including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, IT, biomedical engineering, and procurement teams.
  • Track record of developing and advancing complex healthcare opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows within critical care, perioperative care, cardiology, or related care areas.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities through market and funnel analysis.
  • Experience in monitoring solutions, healthcare connectivity, digital workflow, healthcare IT, or hospital transformation initiatives preferred.
