Role Purpose
The Senior Training Executive is responsible for executing learning and development programs that enhance the product knowledge, selling capabilities, customer service excellence, and overall performance of retail teams across LUXASIA Philippines.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Advisors, Make-up Artists, and Day Makers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve business objectives. The position combines training facilitation, field coaching, content development, and performance support while working closely with Retail Operations and Brand teams.

Requirements
Main Roles and Responsibilities
1 . Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and in-store training sessions on product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and brand standards.
- Deliver onboarding and certification programs for newly hired retail personnel.
- Ensure consistent and engaging delivery of training programs aligned with company and brand requirements.
- Facilitate product launch, promotional campaign, and seasonal training sessions.
- Field Coaching and Retail Excellence
- Conduct regular store visits to observe sales behaviors and identify development opportunities.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and constructive feedback to store personnel.
- Reinforce best practices in customer engagement, selling techniques, grooming standards, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Retail Operations teams to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Training Content and Program Support
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
- Customize training content based on business requirements and brand priorities.
- Support the implementation of learning initiatives and training calendars.
- Assist in creating assessments, quizzes, and certification tools to measure learning effectiveness.
- Business Partnership, Brand Collaboration, and Performance Support
- Collaborate with Brand Principals, Brand Managers, Retail Managers, and Supervisors to identify training needs and capability gaps.
- Partner closely with brand principals and regional training teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with brand standards, launch priorities, and commercial objectives.
- Support business priorities through targeted training interventions, coaching plans, and field development activities.
- Contribute insights from field observations to improve training effectiveness and overall retail performance.
- Assist in ensuring retail readiness for launches, campaigns, and key brand activities.
- Prepare and present training updates, field feedback, and training effectiveness insights to internal stakeholders and brand partners as required.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor training attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and certification records.
- Prepare regular training reports, analysis, and administrative documentation for management and brand partners.
- Track training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve retail capability, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Consolidate field observations, training outcomes, and developmental recommendations for discussion with Retail Teams and Brand Partners.
- Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements to training content, learning tools, and delivery methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and beauty retail best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
- Support brand partners by providing post-training reports and updates on training deployment, participation, and outcomes.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in training, learning and development, retail operations, beauty, luxury, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coaching and observation skills with the ability to influence retail performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
- Ability to analyze training results and translate insights into action plans.
- Willing to travel and conduct frequent field visits.
