Head of Strategic Partner Marketing

About The Role
As the Head of Strategic Partner Marketing, you will be a key driver of Nokia's growth strategy, focusing on turning strategic partnerships into powerful growth platforms. Your role is to orchestrate and align Nokia's efforts with priority partners, especially in the AI, cloud, and connectivity spaces. You will lead a team, define marketing strategies, and build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders both within Nokia and partner organizations. The position requires detailed knowledge and experience working at the C-level in similar focal point partner marketing position.
- Define and lead Nokia's strategic partner marketing agenda, prioritizing partnerships for growth and reputation.
- Act as the marketing lead for key partners like NVIDIA, coordinating efforts across organizations.
- Develop partner-specific strategies, identifying market opportunities and joint narratives.
- Recommend bold marketing moves, translating market insights into actionable plans.
- Create and manage joint partner marketing plans with clear objectives and governance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior teams across Nokia and partner organizations.
- Connect partnership activities to Nokia's broader narrative and marketing plan.
- Stay updated on market trends, partner ecosystems, and customer needs for strategic insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing partner marketing team, setting strategic and creative standards.
- Interface with GMC LT, business leaders, sales, product, and strategy teams for alignment.
- Extensive senior experience in strategic partner marketing at the highest level within global technology, AI, or telecommunications working in a similar position.
- Proven track record in creating joint go-to-market models with measurable business impact.
- Exceptional strategic judgment and commercial acumen to identify market advantages.
- Outstanding relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Strong creative instincts and storytelling abilities to develop compelling joint narratives.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, managing ambiguity, and measuring impact.
- Direct experience with hyperscalers, AI leaders, or major ecosystem partners would be ideal
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with an excellent network of industry connections.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures, with a global mindset.
- Familiarity with ecosystem marketing and industry influencers is a plus.
