About The Role

The HR Systems & Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the overall administration, optimization, and strategic advancement of the organization's Human Resources systems, with primary ownership of the Oracle HCM platform and Learning Management System (LMS). This role oversees the day-to-day operation, governance, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions with coordination and collaboration with the payroll platform, while ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, and an exceptional user experience. In addition, the HR Systems & Data Analytics Manager will establish and lead the HR data and analytics strategy and data modeling to develop actionable insights that enable data-driven workforce decisions. The role will manage a high functioning systems team as well as serve as the primary HR technical project manager, leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR systems, process automation, integrations, and enterprise technology implementations.
