Senior BPM Engineer / Systems analyst

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for customer support automation (both greenfield and ongoing improvements).
  • Configure and maintain logic and prompts in no-code AI platforms, such as call flow schemes for voice bots, LLM (language model) classifiers, and other AI-driven tools.
  • Support and debug active automation scenarios in Camunda Operate; deliver quick fixes and continual improvements in production environments.
  • Integrate processes with internal and external systems via REST API, JSON, and message brokers (Kafka).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and analytics teams.
  • Continuously adopt and champion new technologies, AI integrations, and promote a culture of automation across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with production BPM engines, including end-to-end design and deployment of executable BPMN/DMN processes.
  • Solid experience with Camunda 7/8 in production environments.
  • Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
  • Proven experience in integrations via REST API, JSON, and message brokers (Kafka).
  • Understanding and interest in modern AI/LLM solutions (for business process integration).
  • Ability to independently gather and clarify technical requirements, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Communication skills and willingness to collaborate and share expertise.

Nice-to-have

  • Automation experience in customer support or operational business teams.
  • Experience specifying API and integration requirements.
  • SQL skills for data validation and process behavior analysis.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and no-code/low-code AI platforms.
