About The Role
Main objectives
- Work on data protection run and projects and constantly improve the quality of our Data Protection program
- Coordinate and provide guidance the Data Protection network
- Support the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance in its Data Protection responsibilities
Missions
The post holder assists the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance in a number of tasks, including the following
- Draft Data Protection clauses in contracts and participate in contract negotiation
- Monitor and manage the DPO mailbox and its transition to a more efficient channel for DSARs
- Draft, implement and improve Group policies, procedures and guidelines
- Initiate and monitor the regular update process of the ROPA
- Conduct Privacy by Design assessment and performs DPIAs
- Coordinate and provide guidance to the Data Protection network
- Organize training sessions
- Foster a Data Protection culture (trainings, communication campaigns, newsletter articles, new initiatives)
- Manage complex and cross-function projects
- Manage complaints and investigation with data protection authorities
- Notify data breaches and participate in internal task forces
- Provide reports
- Work on audit plans
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal : All Europcar Mobility Group entities and in particular the Compliance and Data Protection network (worldwide)
- External : Data Protection Authorities, services providers, consulting firms, banks, B2B and B2C clients, franchisees
Profile requirement
Previous experience
- A previous experience in Data Protection (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in project management
- Education level / certificates: Degree in law with a strong compliance/data protection component
- Languages : English and French, a third language would be a plus
- Computer skills and software used: Google suite, MS Office
