Create plans and concepts while considering efficiency, cost and priorities which are inline with the business goals and objectives. Ensure that standardized equipment and procedures are used to allow for efficient realization of project implementations. Plans & creates capital request documents by obtaining the budget costs and time line requirements for full project implementation. Ensure that the project is scoped correctly, by involving other stakeholders from the plant and checking all interdependencies to complete the Book of Requirements. Prepare tender documents, confirms technical evaluation of suppliers, initiate supplier negotiations, and procurement with Purchasing. Ensure that standardized equipment is used and there are no deviations from set machine equipment standards . Monitor and controls project costing, timings, variable schedules and deviations on projects. Detailed standard project documentation and archiving to be completed before project closure. Obtain all necessary certificates and manuals required. Proper coordination with the other departments involved in the project like production, maintenance, utilities, facilities, QM etc. to ensure the success of his/her project by obtaining all the necessary approvals / acceptances. Ensuring a successful installation of the all necessary equipment under a project meeting all quality, safety & ergonomic requirements. Ensure that best practices and standards are follwed in order to adhere to the legal requirements of ESH department.

Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, 5-10 years experience in project management in any manufacturing industry (preferably in Tire/Rubber industry), Leading a team of minimum 3~5 project engineers during project execution. Knowledge of drawings and basic mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Project management methodologies (PMP certification is an added advantage) computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point and Office project),
