What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Temporary QA, SME, Supervisor, or Team Lead is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and support team members.
• Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to monitor and support team performance and KPIs.
• Schedule flexibility.
