Our top priority is enabling extraordinary work across all industries with connectivity solutions that are adaptive, agile, and designed with the customer in mind.ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LLServe as the primary project manager for all Real Estate New Build projects — coordinating the end-to-end process of bringing Pilot's fiber infrastructure into new buildings, from initial survey through access agreement execution and project handoffCoordinate Project Engineering survey scheduling and follow-throughFacilitate engineering scope of work review and internal approvalManage access agreement review, routing, and execution in coordination with LegalCollaborate with external stakeholders including building management, outside contractors, and insurance brokersCurate Access Agreement data and proactively manage Access Agreement renewals to prevent lapsesFacilitate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests, coordinating between building management and Pilot's insurance broker to ensure timely delivery and complianceAssist in identifying and researching new greenfield developments, ownership changes, and other market activity across the NYC commercial real estate landscape to support business development effortsSupport Real Estate Account Managers in the end-to-end administration of Pre-Installed Internet services, including scheduling site surveys, creating service orders, and coordinating the transition to Customer Experience and Service Delivery teamsSupport Real Estate Account Managers with day-to-day partner activities, including service coordination, deployment-related tasks, and other ad hoc requests that support partner relationships and account management.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR3–5 years of experience in a coordinator, project coordination, or administrative operations role, preferably within a B2B, telecom, real estate, or technology environmentDemonstrated project management skills — ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, track milestones, and drive projects to completion with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with Salesforce CRM required; ability to maintain data hygiene, navigate records, and perform QC across object typesProficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) required; Microsoft Office a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with external partners including building management, contractors, and brokersExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing time-sensitive documents such as access agreements and certificates of insuranceComfortable working independently and managing competing priorities without close supervision, while knowing when to escalateFamiliarity with telecommunications, real estate, or infrastructure services is a plus; demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical products and internal processes is a mustAbility to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in our New York City officePILOT’S PAY & PERKSBase salary of $80,000 - $90,000Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision CoverageCompany-sponsored 401(k)Commuter & Wellness ReimbursementCompetitive PTOAt Pilot, we believe differences make us stronger, and that our diversity is something to celebrate.
