We’re a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.We are seeking an Customer Success Manager to help our behavioral health, ABA (autism care), hospice, home health and nutrition customers implement our AI product. You thrive in a fast-paced, in person work environment, enjoy collaborating with both customers and engineering teams, and want to make a difference in people’s lives.What You’ll DoAs a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a strategic portfolio of healthcare customers, with a total book of business of ~$2MM in ARR. This role requires strong relationship management skills, problem solving skills, attentiveness and the ability to navigate complex organizations and relationships at the executive level. Your key responsibilities include:Account Management & Growth:Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive renewals and expand revenue through upsell opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-suite healthcare executives through regular communication and engagementLead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate value and align on strategic initiativesCross-Functional Leadership:Partner with the CTO and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunitiesCollaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop compelling case studies and showcase customer success storiesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience working with Enterprise Customers at an early stage startup or Management Consulting experienceExperience developing relationships with C-suite stakeholdersStrong customer-facing and presentation skillsPositive attitude, empathy, and high energyEnthusiasm for customer success & excellence in the product spaceExtreme sense of ownershipLive in NYC, or can move within the next 30 days.
