Qualifications

  • -
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
  • -
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • -
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • -
  • Gas License (required); Oil & Solid Fuel license preferred
  • -
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/travel role

Responsibilities and Scope

  • -
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and related equipment across your service territory
  • -
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability for regional clients
  • -
  • Assist with equipment installations as needed
  • -
  • Manage your assigned region effectively in coordination with your Territory Technician Lead
  • -
  • Work in sync with the dispatch and service team to ensure efficient resolution of customer needs
  • -
  • Deliver excellent service and build trusted relationships with the customers in your region
  • -
  • Maintain your take-home company truck as a clean, stocked, and reliable mobile office
  • -
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety training
