Your Responsibilities

Was erwartet dich in deiner Ausbildung?

Grundlagen : Du lernst die grundlegenden Tätigkeiten im Büro kennen, wie das Bearbeiten von Schriftverkehr, die Organisation von Terminen und die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen. Zu dem erhältst du eine Einführung in die Nutzung von Bürosoftware und die Grundlagen der Büroorganisation.
Theorie : Dir wird theoretisches Wissen in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen und Personalwirtschaft vermittelt. Du lernst auch die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen kennen, die für kaufmännische Tätigkeiten relevant sind.
Praxis : Die Theorie setzt du in die Tat um, indem du an realen Projekten mitarbeitest und praktische Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Abteilungen sammelst. Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Personalbereich, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Einkauf und Logistik sowie Vertrieb.
Weitere Ausbildungsinhalte : Du übernimmst kleine Projekte zum Ausbau der Eigenverantwortung und Kreativität.
Ausbildungsdauer : 3 Jahre
