Development engineer - Soldering technology - Footprint designer (maternity cover)

Your tasks

• ► Design of state-of-the-art solder joints (land patterns) considering manufacturing and lifetime aspects.
• ► Support for strategic topics.
• ► Collaboration with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally.
• ► Problem-solving related to manufacturing issues.
• ► Early involvement in product development.
• ► Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (MSc).
• ► Negotiation-level English language skills. German language is an advantage.
• ► Proficiency in 3D design software.
• ► Analytical and project-oriented thinking along with strong problem-solving skills.
• ► Confident attitude and independent decision-making.
• ► Attention to detail and precision in work.
