The Role

Join the expanding Experience Design team and contribute to driving continuous improvement and innovation for GSCF's Working Capital-as-a-Service solutions and platforms. As an Experience Designer, you will shape digital journeys and deliver solutions that align with business goals and meet the needs of our global customer base. Your tasks include conducting user research and discovery sessions, designing and prototyping user-friendly interfaces, gathering and evaluating user feedback, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring new digital experiences to life.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • UX Scoping: Collaborate with the experience design team and key stakeholders to define and scope UX requirements for customer-facing and internal digital products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, operations, and other teams to develop detailed user journeys, flows, and service blueprints for complex financial solutions.
  • UX Research: Employ a range of research methods to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating these findings into practical design
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and end users.
  • Visual Design: Ensure visual consistency across the GSCF design language, by creating visually attractive and brand-aligned interfaces that meet user expectations.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and refine designs for the best possible user experience.
  • Accessibility: Ensure that interfaces adhere to global accessibility standards and guidelines, making GSCF digital products inclusive for all users worldwide.
  • Developer Handoff: Create detailed design specifications and work closely with engineers and QA to ensure accurate implementation and consistency.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the GSCF design system, component library, and design documentation.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Hold a degree or certification in Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/Product design, with demonstrated expertise in designing complex B2B applications.
  • Experience in utilizing core user-centered design methods such as user journey mapping, service blueprints, and personas.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects and the design thinking process behind them.
  • Fluency with design tools like Figma for both low and high-fidelity prototyping and design collaboration.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and present concepts at any organizational level.
  • Have a solid understanding of the design process, UX principles, and research methods.
  • Approach tasks with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and strong initiative, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for systems thinking and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a global team of design professionals, product managers, and engineers throughout the design cycle.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate exploration, concept development, research synthesis, and design iteration.
  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with the design systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and patterns.
