Software Asset Management Coordinator - Time Limited

Manages software asset management for select enterprise software by assigning new users to the software dashboards, tracking users in the software asset management system, auditing information for correctness, removing users as needed, and ensuring accuracy of billing for software being used Maintains appropriate software levels for select enterprise software and manages purchase requests for renewals and additional license requests as needed Negotiating pricing with vendors for new software products and renewals Assist with the implementation of the Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) effort as DTS implements the system in our ServiceNow environment as well as coordinate ongoing efforts utilizing the SAM Pro system Strong written and oral communication skills to coordinate with customer agencies; answer questions on project implementations; engage with agencies on software onboarding tasks to the SAM Pro system Develops logs and/or reports Assists customers in finding products, making selections and purchasing items. Understanding current processes and systems and how to use available technical systems to come up with creative solutions Understand day-to-day processes to assist other DTS software coordinators as needed
