If you are a CURRENT Utah Office of Recovery Services (ORS) employee, and would love to lead and coach staff, look at this announcement!!! ***This recruitment is open ONLY to current Utah Office of Recovery Services employees*** Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. Evaluates cases and determines need for on-going agency involvement. Provides assistance and/or on-the-job training. Delivers presentations, stand up training, or instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public. Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices. Develops and maintains area specific records, reviews reports, and resolves the more sensitive compliance issues. Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data, reports findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations.
