Auxiliary, Operations (Shopping Center)

Responsibilities: Support in controlling the daily operations in the Shopping Center in terms of Security, Cleaning, Maintenance; Participate in the daily opening procedures of the Shopping Centre; Supervise and oversee the daily cleaning, surveillance/security, waste management and gardening works; Oversee the good functioning of the technical aspects of the Shopping Centre (Air Conditioning, Electricity, etc.), informing the Operations Manager in order to assure continuous functioning under the best technical/financial, health and safety conditions; Oversee the Management of stocks (fuel, equipment and materials), assuring their availability and supply, turnover and replacement, in order to avoid the depletion of minimum stocks and to reduce immobilization costs; Participate in the selection of the companies providing specialty services (safety security, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, etc.), assuring and monitoring the implementation of SC standards (contract specifications) and suggesting their engagement, in order to assure the best cost /quality service; Attend the inspections and provisional receptions of the different contract jobs, pointing out the visible flaws beforehand; Participate in meetings, actions and contacts between the Shopping Centre and the official entities (Energy Company, Fire Brigade, Police), in order to assure that all the operations are running in accordance with the established Safety Security standards; Ensure the compliance of the rules and regulations by the external service suppliers for the tenants (construction/fit out of new shops); Guarantee that the Shopping Centre is in line with the corporate responsibility targets on Safety, Health and Environment, and support in reporting this data; Support the preparation of Event/Incident reports, for the purpose of supplying information on the business to external official entities, complying with all the prescribed legal obligations.
