HSE & Maintenance Manager (H/F/D)

Deploy and manage the local HSE management system in line with Sidel standards, policies and local regulations. Lead HSE audits, risk assessments and incident investigations while defining and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans. Define and coordinate site safety training initiatives including fire drills, emergency preparedness and first aid programs. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and operational continuity of equipment, machinery and facilities. Monitor site security, access control, fire protection systems and contractor activities to maintain a safe working environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety performance, service quality, operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
