PROGRAMME MANAGER

Job description managing activities aimed at recognising business needs, business opportunities and analysing business requirements as well as identifying suitable business solutions and integrating them in the strategy introduction programme managing the programme in the area of strategy introduction, including: definition of the contents/scope of the programme, setting priorities in the scope of the programme, promoting quality in the programme projects, responsibility for co-ordination of the contents of the programme projects and management of co-dependence between programme projects, transfer of information and resolving of open issues in the scope of the programme, between programmes and other stakeholders in the model of managing strategic initiatives supervising all projects in the programme of implementing the strategy through projects, taking of measures within the programme and reporting on the implementation of the programme drafting and supervising the strategy of NLB d.d. and the NLB Group monitoring and analysing the banking and financial system, competition and other industries as well as other elements of the environment at the strategic level, and drafting reports analytical and communication support in the implementation of the strategy co-operation in financial planning and assessment of the efficiency of operation from the strategic point of view drafting the strategies for inorganic growth of operations through mergers and acquisitions performing the most complex expert organisation tasks coordination and management of teams proposing and/or introducing improvements mentorship and transfer of knowledge coordination, supervision and monitoring of the work process participation in project teams and work groups
