AI Domain Champion (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: Identify high-value AI, automation, and data opportunities and turn them into impactful business solutions for the domains of Customer Relationship Management, Product Management, Solution Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Human Resources (Please state your area of specialism in your application.) Design, prototype, and implement practical AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, automations, analytics, and dashboards Lead Data AI initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes Champion the adoption and scaling of Data AI solutions within the business domain Partner with business leaders, domain experts, and central Data AI teams to drive innovation, governance, and strategic execution Your Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or process optimization Hands-on experience in developing AI, automation, and data solutions, as well as managing projects from concept to implementation Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels Knowledge of Data Governance, Responsible AI, and modern data platforms Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
