Student Employee - University Housing

Position: Student Employee - University Housing Department: University Housing Classification: Part-time, non-benefit eligible Location: Lisle Rate: State minimum wage Benefits: In addition to the hourly wage, this position includes: University - provides housing for the duration of the employment period University - provides meal plan for the duration of the employment period. Housing and meal benefits are subject to applicable University housing, dining, eligibility, and employment policies and are provided as part of the overall student employment package. Duties : Part-time student staff position coordinating residence hall operations, RA staff, and community development. Facility Management - Lead contact for maintenance, inspections, and administrative documentation RA Oversight - Supervise RA staff, coordinate schedules, support training and evaluations Community Development - Coordinate events, maintain resident engagement Administration - Enforce policies, handle emergencies, participate in conduct matters Locations - Ondrak Hall, Jaeger Hall, and Founders.
