Registered Manager – Adult Domiciliary Care Location: Kendal/Windermere + Work From Home options Salary: £36,000–£42,000 per year (DOE) Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent Tasks Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and quality standards . Lead, support, and manage the care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and drive continuous service improvement. Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 year of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care . Strong CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and team management experience. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
