Seeking Clinical Pharmacist Specialist- Critical Care!

Baptist Health Floyd, Pharmacy Services

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week), Four Days (7am-5:30pm), Every 3rd Weekend

• Up to $40,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced, External Applicants *

What You'll Do

• Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients in Critical Care including optimizing medication therapies
• Drug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health Floyd
• Evaluate, input, and verify new medication orders
• Assist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resource
• Manage Pharmacy inventory

What You Need

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy with a PharmD (Preferred)

Indiana Pharmacist Registration

• Hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred)
• Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent (Preferred)

ACLS Certification (Will Provide)
