Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is an onsite position for our Sarasota, Florida Commercial Roofing Division office location.

Job Overview
Bone Dry Roofing is selectively seeking an Office Manager, this role is ideal for an organized communicator with a passion for developing relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
- Answer, manage, and document incoming phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
- Send roof orders to the Distributor.
- Send payment links and reminders after each project.
- Accounts Receivable and follow up tasks.
- Facilitate the closing process of each completed project
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and operations
- Assist new employees with completing onboarding paperwork
- Other office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of office, administrative, or related experience
- Experience answering, documenting, and managing phone communications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Consistent focus on delivering professional customer service
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office setting
