Key Accountabilities

Set up the CVM function using the latest tools offered by the AI Native Platform to drive Churn, Financial and NPS metrics
Utilize customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and increasing value
Develop and implement digital customer engagement strategies
Prioritize campaigns promoting ‘Next best Action’ decisioning across the digital platforms
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness & ROI
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve Customer engagement and conversion
Influence Product Road map to build relevant Digital products to complement current portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or ability to prove similar business experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital decisioning / Process Improvement / Customer Journey / Digital roles
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Skills

Deep knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as 5G, IoT, Application Programming Interface, Artificial Intelligence, and cloud-based services.
Deep knowledge of du’s product and UAE sectors, enabling informed decision-making and strategic positioning.
Exceptional ability to engage and manage customers effectively, ensuring satisfaction and developing long-term relationships with customers.
Expertise in strategic planning, guiding initiatives to align with organizational objectives.
