Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. Less than an hour from Dubai, the resort offers a refined yet relaxed escape surrounded by natural landscapes, open sea views, and powder-soft beaches. With a collection of rooms, villas, and residences, a variety of restaurants and bars, and award-winning spa and leisure facilities, we focus on creating thoughtful, personal, and memorable experiences for families, couples, and groups in a true resort setting.

Our Employee Restaurant is an important part of our colleagues’ everyday experience. We’re looking for an F&B Attendant who will help create a clean, welcoming and well-organised dining environment where our colleagues can enjoy their meals and recharge during their working day.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

Setting up the Employee Restaurant and food service areas before each meal period
Serving and assisting colleagues during breakfast, lunch, dinner and other meal periods
Replenishing buffet items, beverages, cutlery and other supplies throughout service
Making sure food displays and service areas remain clean, organised and presentable
Clearing and cleaning tables promptly during and after meal periods
Keeping tables, chairs, counters, floors and service stations clean
Supporting opening and closing duties for the Employee Restaurant
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times
Reporting low supplies, damaged equipment or safety concerns to your supervisor
Working closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We need from you

The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills
Previous food service, cafeteria or restaurant experience would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and helpful approach when serving fellow colleagues
Good understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene
Ability to work in a busy environment and stay organised during peak meal periods
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
