About The Role
Job Title: Finance Archive Specialist Job Responsibilities: Manage the systematic indexing, archiving, and secure storage of all financial documents, including invoices, tax filings, ledgers, and audit reports. Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, data protection laws, and corporate document retention policies. Retrieve and organize requested financial records promptly to support internal audits, external regulatory reviews, and tax inspections. Coordinate the secure disposal and destruction of expired financial documents in accordance with legal and organizational schedules. Digitalize legacy paper files by scanning, categorizing, and uploading them into the company's electronic document management system (EDMS). Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Archival Science, Information Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, record management, or finance administration. Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and standard office software, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial record-keeping standards, compliance regulations, and data confidentiality practices. Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
