Grade:#*M4/M5/M6#* Location :#*Jharsuguda#* Primary Responsibilities: #* Control overall financial operations and spending for the metal business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Lead month-end closing activities at the consolidated level with accuracy and timeliness Drive the business planning process, including area-wise budgeting and forecasting Conduct cost audits and ensure timely filing with the MCA Initiate and lead cost reduction projects to improve profitability and operational efficiency Prepare and present detailed MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards for leadership review Collaborate with IT to implement automation projects that streamline finance processes Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and minimize audit observations Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making *#
