Senior Lead-Accounts & MIS

Group Company: Thermax Ltd Designation: Senior Lead– MIS &Costing Office Location: Eco House Position description:Senior Lead - MIS &Costing Primary Responsibilities: 1. Finalization of Divisional P&L and balance sheet, 2. Statutory and Internal audit SPOC, 3. Coordinating with auditors for understanding data requirements and help Finance Controller complete audits with minimum observations, 4. Prepare Corporate MIS, 5. Prepare Divisional and ad-hoc MIS as asked, 6. Analyze divisional order booking and reporting on the same, 7. GL Scrutiny, contribute to internal testing of controls, 8. Inter-company reconciliation and elimination of balances, 9. Accounting for export incentives, 10. Coordinating with various divisional, corporate stakeholders for understanding financial variances, 11. Write SOPs and operational policies, 12. Prepare Tax audit and transfer pricing related data, 13. Contribute to the annual budgeting process. 14. Commission provisioning 15. Co-ordination with TFS team for various area – AR / AP / Fixed Assets Reporting Team Reporting Designation: NA Reporting Department:Heating Finance Educational qualifications preferred Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge, Moderate knowledge on Costing & Cost Accounting, Strong in MS-Excel Required work experience 5-7 years of industrial experience desirable in a manufacturing set up, exposure to financial statements preparation and analysis, Required Competencies: - · Analytical bent of mind, deeper understanding of financial numbers, approach to study, challenge and improve current methods and procedures, Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge, Moderate knowledge on Costing & Cost Accounting, Strong in MS-Excel, open for new challenges, team player and someone who likes interacting and working in a cross functional team.
